• Price per person and night in € incl. breakfast, vat, excl. tourist tax
  
• Tourist tax of € 3.00 per person / day will be charged additionally. (from the age of 15)
• Up to 4 nights + short stay sucharge
• Child conditions: 0-3 years € 15 per day, 4-9 years 50%, 10-14 years 30% discount (with 2 full paying people)
• Cot on request (possible in double room medium and double room large)
• 3rd person in double room large 15% reduction
• We are happy to accommodate groups - on request

• Cancellations are only valid in writing.
• Up to three days before arrival the lodging contract can be canceled by both contract partners without payment of a cancellation fee.
• Up to one month before arrival a cancellation fee in the amount of 40 % of the total price is to be paid.
• Up to 14 days before arrival a cancellation fee in the amount of 70 % of the total price is to be paid.
• Less than 14 days before arrival and in case of prematurely departure 100 % of the total price is to be paid.
